Story Quests

Hi friends. My question has to do with Cores, but specially the so called "sierra Core" which is the bounty you get after finishing the quest named "The promise". What are we supposed to do with it ? My guess is that someone in a bar will take it, but I cannot find that person.
Apart from "the promise" quest I'm aware that there is also the "Red Planet" one. Could you tell me if there are more?

This is from a mod. The 'Sierra Core' is not base game content.

However, you are either supposed to return to core to the
Spoiler
TTS Dark Matters and get either a special Vow-Class ship, or an AI Officer. One or the other.
