run is working fine now, thanks! I'd like to report a new issue though I encountered when I fought a Luddic path lord. When I won the game crashed? Im going to try again and see if this issue is consistent

Im looking forward to bolstering my system in the future to get mass attacked by multiple lord fleet and their escorts if there are any. Always looking forward to a good fight

I will just drop in and say that this mod holds a lot of promise, especially since this adds something to the Campaign layer that will make my games a lot more interesting when the time comes for me to add this mod to my modlist. Thus I will be watching closely as this mod develops.

issue seems to be inconsistent since I fought a Pirate Lord and when I took items from scavenging it didnt crash but I did encounter something new along the way.

Happened when I was talking to TriTachyon lords, asked for a mission offer and accepting it results in a crash

I was just thinking about something I wanted in vanilla, that could possibly fit into your mod. For vanilla I was thinking about a way to elevate an officer of yours to have their own fleet. You could create and fit their fleet and send them on specific or more general objectives. I thought it would be a good way to keep that late game progression going with still collecting ships even after hitting your fleet max.

With your mod, I think it could be fun to also elevate one of your officers to a lord as long as you already have a faction and fief to give to them. In order to prevent people from making too many lords you could either force some time period between it, or need to provide them with a fleet and flag ship if sufficient power/size. Possibly the requirement of giving them a fief and having a faction of your own may be restricting enough, especially as there is no guarantee they will stay loyal to you.

It looks like you have another mod that overrode the base commodity delivery quest? I can look through their code but not sure if I can do anything about that. I'll also keep an eye out for the post-battle crash you mentioned. Thanks for reporting so many crashes and helping to improve the mod!

Converting companions to lord is an awesome idea, I almost forgot that it was a M&B feature. It's on the list of features to add for sure. Doesn't nex already do a limited version of what you're suggesting though? In terms of creating your own fleets and ordering them to do things.

Hey, thanks for the report, I'm aware that HMDF and some other quests don't work when given by lords, so I've removed them in the live branch. You can download the new jar here, wait a month for quests to reshuffle, and it should be good.
