Combat AI: Flanking maneuver should take ship away from the center of formation

Say if you have a battle with 2 opposing battleships each escorted by 2 destroyers. When the destroyer tries to flank, I think it should flank away from the center of the battleline as opposed to toward it. Right now there is a lot of destroyers flanking towards the center of the battleline, then getting caught in the crossfire and getting destroyed.

I feel like this is likely something else - probably automated escort behavior going bad (which is fixed for .1).
