Hey folks, I want to make a thread about great sector seeds. Share so others can enjoy the fun of really advantageous galaxies!

I am sharing this one, which was shared in a prior thread. It has two amazing colonizable worlds right next to the central constellation, and in the same area is a derelict Legion Battlecarrier XVI just waiting to be claimed by the player!

  • II:  125% Desert, decent place for third base in system for maximum patrols.
  • III-A:  100% Water, has trace volatiles.
  • III-B:  75% Terran, has 4/5 resources, no volatiles; rare ore is sparse.

Lilith (east and next door to Delta Aegea)
  • Mucalinda:  125% Desert, nothing useful aside from putting base here to reinforce patrols
  • Huma:  100% Tundra, all five resources; rare ore is sparse

  • Strathcona:  100% Arid, Vast ruins, four resources

Beta Accreter-Hkere (northeast of core)
  • I:  125% Desert, smaller ruins, useful as a third military base

This seed has no 75% Terran planets.

  • Dargor: 100% Arid, has 4/5 resources

Karkaka (west and close to core)
  • Accreter-Hkere:  125% Terran, all five resources!
  • Saraneth:  75% Terran, three resources

Tlalost Legila (immediately south of Penelope's Star)
  • Orpheus:  125% Desert
  • Rhesh:  100% Arid, both planets together have all five resources
  • Domain comm and one other relays

Delta New Guan (south or southeast of core)
  • I:  75% Terran, diffuse volatiles, other resources
  • III:  100% Tundra, some resources

Pandemonium (east of Delta New Guan)
  • Azazel:  125% Desert, ores
  • Asmodeus:  100% Water, has 4/5 resources

Delta Brigador (further east of Delta New Guan)
  • II:  100% Water, has 4/5 resources
  • III:  100% Water, near clone of II

There are more habitables elsewhere, but west and south has a glut of them.

Then, there is this one with a good Terran planet in Durzak, posted by another...

I remember finding one arid world with all four mining resources (organic, ore, transplutonic ore, and volatiles) in my current game. Too bad it is in a high level remnant system :'(. Still, Druzakh spawned two really good planets one terran with 75% hazard once you remove the decivilized condition, and a 100% hazard tundra. MN-6312697554598932602 is the seed if you want a look.

For a laugh, try MN-1.

There is a decent system with two good habitables some distance northwest of core.  Forgot the system, but it has a 75% terran and 100% tundra, I think.  The whole east of core is full of junk, including a system with a sleeper ship next to a high hazard planet (but the Red Planet may be around far east or northeast).  Some systems west and a bit south have one decent habitable planet in their systems, but probably not as good as that one with two above.

Also, has anyone found the glorious 50% legendary system?

The "mild climate" attribute is in the files but I'm not sure it gets applied by the RNG-system.

Alex has confirmed it will be in the next patch, however

There should be a sticky somewhere about release schedule so the same question doesn't get posted every single day.

Anyways next patch will be hopefully soon, I'd say in a month or month and a half since Alex said this'll be mainly a balance patch and bugfixing, but he has still work to do.

Can't find the Saleronos system in this seed. Found Kusa but not Saleronos
Edit: Is this in vanilla or Nexe? Because one of my Kusa systems is empty, the other is just full of barren planets...

Any mods that change sector generation will invalidate a seed. As will (i think) changing the generation presets (so MN-1 with old will be different than MN-1 with random)

Not really, since MN-1 with old would be ON-1 and MN-1 with random would be RN-1  ;D

It will update the seed code if you change these after you paste a seed
