Not for those patches no, but I make a policy of downloading (and using) every stable faction mod there is for any given version and I have them all ligned up with their corresponding SS versions down to .5 or something. Uomoz' Corvus anyone? Would have to dig them up from my burnt down old machine and someone would have to set up the archive (maybe linking in the wiki?) but it's doable. Would have to ask the mod owners if they are okay with that, though. Also, some TCs and "utility" mods are missing from my archive (most relevant exelerin/nexelerin as I never liked it much...)
To answer Your question: No, there is not, as far as I know.
(Funny how even those ancient versions of the game each have their own appeal with their unique balancing profiles. I still like to load up the Corvus only version with the neat mass-boarding interface once in a while...)
