[0.9a RC10] (minor) Unexpected output of alpha admin event

Spoiler
- Install an alpha core as administrator, leave it for some time
- Attempt to remove alpha core, get the dialog
- Decide to remove the core anyway
- Game returns to the admin selection screen. Do not close the window.
- The alpha core is still selectable. Reappoint it as administrator.
- Result: AI core remains admin (and you can get the dialog again by trying to remove it again), market still gets Rogue AI Core condition.
