Make the Cryosleeper salvageable?

Relocating it should be possible...... but expensive! :D

100 fuel/LY
100 supplies/day

Arriving at a planet with it in your fleet will automatically remove it from your fleet, and place it into orbit.

Seconded: I found one in a nebula with no planets I'd ever consider colonizing. It didn't feel cool or rewarding to find the cryosleeper ship there, instead it was a letdown. I was built up by encountering it for the first time, and then a tough battle against a really cool ship guarding it... and then I literally could do nothing with it.

I wish there was a way to organize a towing project to move it to a different system, even if it was a big effort and required a specific fleet (like needing ten Tugs to maintain an extended drive field around it or something like that).
