On the planet info screen, record whether ruins have been explored.

At the moment there's no way of distinguishing between planets with explored ruins, and planets with unexplored ruins.

And also depleted ruins on abandoned planets, I think solution is for the ruins icon to slightly change to reflect depletion and exploration status, orsome change in the ruins tooltip.

Like that for explored ruins, but done properly by a competent person with an outline so its easier to see.
