Crash to desktop after combat.

Hey all, just getting a crash to desktop error from after combat. It's a heavily modded 0.8.1a save, so I'm sure the problem is a mod conflict, but I can't figure out which one.
The error proper is:

Fatal; Ship hull spec [scrapper-d-default-D] not found!
Check starsector.log for more info.

The Scrapper is a ship from Arsenal Expansion, which appears to be missing from your modlist. Might want to enable that.  ;)

Also Disassemble Reassemble has never had a version 1.4.4.  ??? What version of that mod are you using exactly?

... Same goes for a few other mods there. Seems you're using heavily outdated versions of a few mods, might want to fix that.

Arsenal Expansion is in the modlist as well, forgot to add it.
Disassemble Reassemble is also version 1.4.0, the previous post was a typo.
Updating what mods are out of date right now.

Replicated the crash again, twice.  The game has been crashing in the same system that the Omnifactory spawns in. A bunch of AI Remnants are in the system, and after combat with some of their fleets I click "Claim Victory" and then get the crash to desktop before I can get all the loot from combat. Letting the game transition from combat to campaign map also crashes.
Mods are all up to date as well, made sure of that, specifically the ones previously mentioned.

Omnifactory is an abandoned mod with known issues, isn't it? I would try disabling that.

Omnifactory has crash issues relating to replicating d-mod ships. Did you feed it a Scrapper(D)? It has checks in place to prevent it from working with d-mod ships, but if you somehow managed to get it to work with one anyway your save might be dead.
