I am receiving an error while trying to launch the game with the new update

Fatal: Error loading
[data.scripts.weapons.MSS_ShotgunSpecialBehavior]
Cause: data.scripts.weapons.MSS_ShotgunSpecialBehavior

when I go to the file location it describes I am unable to find this file and I have attempted to re-download the mod to see if I had a poor download but same results, not sure if this is just a user error on my part.

P.S. Thank you for all of your hard work in making this mod

I also updated to the newest version of this mod and received this error as well upon trying to load Starsector.

  Persean League's fleets are full of your mod's ships and barely use vallina ships like Pegasus. Maybe it is because the setting of ships when importing?
  I found a similar problem when I tried another Mod called "Xhan Empire", it also allows Independent to import its's ship and the ship pool of Independent became totally polluted as a result.

This one *is* save compatible, thank goodness. I did not want to restart my run *again*.

Doubtful. Got an instant ctd with an identifier Fatal: Slot id WS0001 not found on hull MSS_Victory.

For me the save compatibility breaks between RC4.1 and RC5.

That one might be skippable by doing what is described here.

Ditto. Went from RC3 (maybe RC4?) to RC5, when i flew near mairaath i immediatelly crashed from that error. Presumably the special fleet there has a victory in it, and its completely borked.

First and foremost, keep your old zip file around when updating to the new version.  Or just the old file folder.   Rename it and add Old- to the beginning.

That way if the new version breaks something, you can just swap the old version back in.

Secondly, the versioning numbers tend to mark where save breaks happen.  This developer seems to be marking where save breaks are happening with changes in version number.  So long as you're within 11.0.0, you should be able to update without breaking anything regardless of what the RC number is.

RC4.1 was compatible me with RC3 save, but RC5 is not.

I know, i have 11.0.0 RC3 right now. 11.0.0 RC4 crashed my saved game and thus i could not use it and i reverted back to RC3. Its all from the same 11.0.0 version so i am just asking if RC5 is compatible with save games because i would like to avoid a 20 minute loading screen just to find out that this game has corrupted my save.
