Is there anyway to help Independent Colonies develop? Only one of them is selling ED stuff, which is making fishing for the Doberman pretty hard.

the newfound-land seems to have an issue where the extra storage from the modules isn't added to the fleet capacity, is that a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

This is an awesome mod! Would it be possible to make the ED fleets respect the independents ship quality? I stole the nanoforge on New Maxious, disrupted their orbital works, but ED defense fleets and trade fleets are still pristine with zero d-mods :(

I'll make a note to look at it, I personally haven't had much luck with properly specifying fleet quality.  Probably a personal problem  :o

Playing with the Newfoundland ship, I noticed that any range increases from pilot skills don't seem to apply to the other modules, testing it out, it seems that no pilot skills affect the other modules at all for some reason. The issue Robosium mentioned is also present, where the cargo capacity of the ship is not dependent on its modules.
