Player character being at two placed simultaneously

How to reproduce: You don't deploy the flag ship, then take over one of your allies with "X", and then deploy your original flagship. Your character is on the original flag ship as on officer, but also on the allied ship. To control the flag ship you have to take the X-shuttle.

Thank you - I think this was reported earlier, but I couldn't reproduce it because I was trying to "transfer command" before battle rather that after it starts.

Reproduced & fixed - turns out there were a bunch of smaller issues around this, too, such as the captain/flagship icons in the deployment dialog not matching the state of affairs in-game.
