BUGREPORT

I found some strange behaviour with an archipelago world i colonized. I also use terraforming and stations and from the ashes.

1. I tried to change to "rural polity" in "population and infrastructure", but i can't because it says "unavailable on a water world". Due to land masses beeing available on this kind of world that sounds strange. I would even go so far as to not describe an archipelago world as a water world. Water worlds are more or less endless depths where we have land mass here on the archipelago. Give earth a little bit more water and you could consider it archipelago. This would make archipelago a sup class of Terran worlds.
2. I can't build fishery (developes into aquaculture) but build monoculture plots (develops into farming). This controdicts that the game considers it a water world.
3. I researched the 10% hazard rating for water worlds but it's not applied.

I haven't researched seaflore cities and ismara's sling yet but there seems to be a fundamental problem, as the game can't decide if the world is considered a water world or not.

Leaving aside that this thread is now deprecated and you should use the .97 one, those issues are with ind.evo (1) and AotD-VoK (2)(3) respectively, not with Unknown Skies.

Particularly the last one, as from my experience, that bonus just plain doesn't work even on pure water worlds.
