These are pretty ubiquitous in named star system, but the ones I've flown through, nothing happened.
So, that makes me wonder, has anyone found a gate where something actually happened??

Maybe Alex put in one gate that works, and we just have to find it?

considering the whole lore is about how the gates shut down and left the Persean sector on its own, cut off from the greater human civilization, I highly doubt it

I kind want to create/ see a mod where you could use one to return to another system or a secret system after a long and involved quest

if you dont mind the graphics, EV nova is still imo the best top down space RPG ( with mods). It was just so special to be dragged into one of the many alliances and how it REALLY shaped your future.

Sadly it is controlled by a greedy ass company that makes you get your code every damn year...
