Hey, just some input needed here for a small missile overhaul mod.
Assuming these values (which I think establish what the direction is supposed to be)
Code
Reaper Single		120s Reload		30s Refire
Reaper Medium 90s Reload 25s Refire
Reaper Large 100s Reload (2per) 20s Refire (2per)

Atropos Single 60s Reload 20s Refire
Atropos Double 45s Reload 15s Refire

Hammer (Barrage/Quad) 60s Reload (2 per) 20s Refire (4per)

Swarmer SRM 10s Reload (4per) 5s Refire (4per)
Annihilator Small 15s Reload (5per) 5s Refire (5per)
Annihilator Med 15s Reload (10per) 0.5s Refire
Prox Charge 5s Reload 3s Refire

Single Missiles 60s Reload 20s Refire
Triple Missiles 50s Reload 15s Refire
Missile Pods 90s Reload (4per) 20s Refire (4per)

What would you think would be good stats for the Hurricane MIRV, the Squall and the Locust? I don't use them enough (and there's not a lot of large missile mounts around) to say if they need help or are at more in the Swarmer (small buff) or Torpedo (tiny buff, some nerfs) section (or god forbid, the Prox Charge section)?

A quick test suggests that Locusts are very much Swarmer tier, while the Squall is amazingly good.

This is what I've been using for those three in 0.7:

Hurricane.
Regen = 0.05
0.05*60 = 3
1 round per 20 seconds
(This should be roughy equivalent to how they behaved in 0.6.5)

Squall.
Regen = 0.85
0.85*60 = 51
1 round per 1.18 seconds

Locust.
Regen = 1.15
1.15*60 = 69
1 round per 0.87 seconds

Hurricane might be able to get away with being a bit slower. Might drop it back to somewhere between 0.03-0.04 for 0.8.
Squall & Locust really need high regen otherwise they become dead weight.
Locust in particular really struggles when the mag is empty and might need to be a bit faster. Squall feels about right.

I'll try a more conservative number for the Hurricane and go from there and I think the Locust needs more while the Squall needs less help than those numbers suggest but they're very helpful thanks. Not sure it'll be that important anyway, Large Missile mounts are so incredibly rare, sadly.
