Temporal Shell can stack with Phase ships

Maybe a bug, maybe a feature, but the Temporal Shell system do not get disabled when a ship phases out, and the effects stack.

[edit] It's hilarious though. With SO and Augmented engines that ship peak at 1200 effective speed.

Hmm - let's go with "feature"? Since if one wants a modded ship with both but with a different interaction, it's relatively simple to adjust the system to make it so.

If you want to just prevent phasing while it's temporal-shelled, you could set noShield to true in ship_systems.csv, that should just work. If you want phasing to interrupt temporal shell, then yeah that's going to need a script.

I embraced the bomb on this one; a particular Ship Pack destroyer doesn't just stack phase and temporal shell - the effects multiply and lead to a time-stop effect (at the cost of CR).

Ha!  I remember considering a time-stop effect for the Scarab but deciding it might be a *tad* bit irresponsible in that case. Glad you're doing it :)
