That could probably be done with the "open comm channel" option right before going into battle.

Instead of "close channel", give an option to "insult commanders mother and close channel", which in turn just could do a RNG check against their personality
and modify their level of recklessness accordingly pre-battle.

oh man, how did i miss this thread until now? these changes/additions sound great. global and individual aggressive orders and a new officer personality? SO MUCH YES!! @_@

can't wait to have a pair of reckless SO Dominators punch a big hole into enemy lines.
