I'm not 100% sure but MO is part of Dark Revanants' Ship and weapon pack?

If you place the MO hullmod u get extra OP's .... if after u use those extra OP's u remove the hullmod the extra points you have spent remain spent

Not sure if you can script a check to see if removing the hullmod will leave the unit over spent and prevent the removal or if alex needs to add the check to the modify ship codebase.
