I dont understand what needs to use so much date...I even gave it up to 4 GB of ram and it still lags...even with no mods. Everything else on my computer runs solid....even Eve Online when I get into big fights its still smooth but for some reason this game is like an obese fat kid that goes "FEED ME Seymour.....FEEEED MEEE" and Im just like "I GAVE YOU ENOUGH DAMMIT". I can also run Distant Worlds Universe which is also a hog a bit but...something about this game that it doesnt want to run smoothly or something. Even Worse I reformtted recently and now things run even better....except this game

Hi - could you provide a bit more information?

Operating system, graphics card, what version of the graphics drivers you've got, and what framerate you're getting in the game (in main menu, in first mission, in campaign).

Also, whether you see the same issues in fullscreen and windowed mode, and whether turning off sound improves the framerate.
