Starsector+ crashes shortly after launching

I'm running a 64bit system so I'm hoping I don't have to jump through those java hoops

I tired to read the log by changing it into a note pad file but it wouldn't open for me...

This is not because starsector+(version 3.1.2) is a version 0.7.1a and you use version 0.7.2a? :x Maybe that.

I didn't know there was a version 0.7.2a

I'm using the 0.7.1a though. I am using version 3.2.1 of starsector+ that appears to be compatible on the mod page.. 

perhaps I'm having trouble reading you...

Do you mean to say that the current version of starsector+ (3.2.1) is only compatible this new version 0.7.2a?

You're using an outdated version of Starsector with the correct version of Starsector+ for that version of Starsector.

However, you have ShaderLib for 0.7.2a, which will not work in 0.7.1a.

You can download old version in previous last page of Shaderlib.

So, version 1.1.2.
