I think it would be a good (And immersive) idea to give another option for Person Bounties.

Right now there are 2 types, pirates and deserters. Why not have it so there are faction bounties as well? Perhaps a prominent Hegemony commander (supposedly) *** off someone in Tri-Tachyon, so the corporation puts a hit out on him and will pay you good money. Of course this would have the amplified and predictable reputation hits.
