I might be missing something but shouldn't this mod work all the time no matter what the version of SS? I looked through the files and it should work until the devs change the variable "playerMaxLevel" to something else. The only difference between the 0.9 and 0.9.1a versions are the mod_info.json and skilledup.version files where he changes the version numbers.
