[0.7.1aRC5] Not enought crew in last fleet slot for daggers and wasps only

For some reason if last fleet slot (25) occupied by dagger or wasp wing i got not enough crew warning on it. Thunders wing or any normal ship wont show this warning.If i move affected wing from last slot "not enough crew warning" remains until i remove the wing to storage and back.

Thank you - fixed. Really appreciate you sending the file, makes it such a breeze.

The issue was it thinking that it couldn't be deployed (which was due to fighter wing being at 0 CR) was due to it not having enough crew to deploy it.
