Radio static for "objective captured" should be different from "ship destroyed"

The title is the thesis. It deeply annoys me that the radio static sound effect that plays when an objective is captured is the same as the one that plays when a friendly ship is destroyed. It's distracting to the player, as losing a ship is often far more significant than an objective changing hands, and should be differentiated.
