altMouseMoveToMassTransfer is such a nice feature. I don't understand why it isn't turned on by default. Every time I install a new version, have to remember to change this setting.

I've never had this issue Alex and I've had it enabled from the first time you added it. And I alt tab a ton too. Could it at the very least be moved to the settings menu? With a note/ tooltip saying that it is disable be default because of that issue?

I also never witnessed an issue with that, and I can't imagine playing without it. So if the alt key is the problem, can we put the thing on another key? Or could this issue even somehow be resolved so the few bugs that could happen, just don't. It's kinda weird teaching new players to fiddle with the game's files just so they can have a comfortable experience and not get carpal tunnel from selling/storing cargo.

Agreed, especially with some people equating that to cheating... >.<

Install a few mods, your inventory gets to be a significant pain without this turned on. Huge number of clicks to move stuff without it.

The only issue is that after you alt-tab back in, sometimes alt is stuck until you press it again. It never bothered me, because I knew keys can get stuck like that (since I alt-tabbed out in other games and also had that issue) and could fix it. It never was an issue when selling, because the moment I saw and heard items being moved without me holding down alt, I knew something was wrong and cancelled the trade offer immediately.

If alt-tabbing conflicts are an issue couldn't it just be assigned to a non-alt key? At least as an option
