I upgraded to 1440p monitors a while back and now the game boots up off-center and way bigger than the actual monitor, spilling over onto the second monitor. Here's a screenshot of both monitors. You can tell by where the taskbar is starting for the second monitor that the game is spilling over:

I am starting the game up on 2560x1440. The problem presents itself in both fullscreen and offscreen. I have AA turned off, mods turned off, and 0% UI scaling.

Perhaps a clue is that the startup menu itself is off center?

I have tried the solutions mentioned here and not found any success: https://fractalsoftworks.com/forum/index.php?topic=15756.0

Any suggestions?

I fixed it.

I went to the display settings in window and changed the scaling from 125% down to 100% (see the bottom line in this screen): https://i.imgur.com/FcMElsp.jpg

Not sure if there's any way to fix this so I can run the rest of my system at 125% without scaling the game itself?

Turns out you can manually set programs to be excluded from the Windows 10 DPI scaling: https://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/exclude-an-app-from-dpi-scaling-windows-10/

So now I have the best of both worlds! Neat.
