There should be more dialogue depending on skill choices, whatever they might be. Don't need more than interesting tidbits and some foreshadowing, no tangible rewards needed.

Player can have only one comm sniffer without getting cleared out. BOTB should increase that.

It would make for a good credit sink after the all-colony-have-grown phase players will be able to reach more easily than before.

Alex, didn't you change Hardened Shields based on ffeedback? I'm not seeing any notes about it in the changelog.

Why two skills specifically?
Not enough ways to boost marines than the meatgrinder way, even fighters have two non-combat skills to boost them.

Alex, have you considered adding a minimum crew reduction effect to a Leadership or Technology skill? And also having another skill boosting Marines, at least two skills should effect Marines.
