Not sure if this is happening to others but the Blackrock hull mods aren't working. I have come across them and right click to learn but then they don't show up in the list of hull mods. Playing with Nex and a bunch of other mods, so not sure if it's a compatibility issue or if it's a bug?

Interesting. Does this kinda negate player controlled ships? I feel like hitting targets that far away is going to be interesting. Someone link a video if you happen to try it out and record it!

I didn’t see it in the change longs but maybe I missed it. Seems like the rocket bombers got nerfed? I love the new effect, they just seem to pack much less of a punch than they used to. Anyone know the changes?

Ya not to dump on Alex at all, as I love this game 3000. But I don’t like the slip streams at all. It’s just a reason to use emergency burn to get through it. I’ve rarely used them to my advantage I either (as mentioned) emergency burn through it or use a storm to catapult me through it. I guess in general all of slipspace just feels like something to get done and not particularly enjoyable.

So I can load weapons into the editor just fine and edit them. But I cannot make one from scratch. If I load a vanilla weapon and try to load my image, the default one goes away and mine will not load. It’s 32bit and I have no issues with my ship sprites so I don’t think that’s the issue. I have beta 10, I believe that the newest?

So recap, cannot load images. Cannot create or edit “offsets” UNLESS I load a vanilla, even then I can’t add or remove any offsets or whatever they are called. I tried on discord I tried to figure it out multiple times and I’ve read a bunch but just can’t get it. I really want to make a weapon  :'(

Good afternoon, everything is made a little easier, the sprite can be loaded after you create a config file in SWE, the sequence:1) press the 6 key by selecting the weapon editor; 2) press the T key thereby creating the basis for your turret, the name, type of turret, its size, then press ESC and save the file to YOuRMOD /data/weapons / bruhturretuwu; and after that you can apply the sprite of the turret, guns and bases.

Thank you! Weird that is doesn't work the same way as ships, but hey, I got it to work, thank you very much for the help!

I did not know this till right now. I also assumed that the last regularly spaced one was 1000 before it just extends to the full weapon range. Is that correct?

Are there standard sprite sizes and or canvas sizes for weapons in the hard point and turret categories? I noticed in mods they have 2 of each weapon and they are consistently offset and I’m wondering if there are specifics to this?
