Mine has been having this issue since the introduction of the bigger campaign. I can run Eve Online on full graphics fine but for a top down game its STILL BARELY handling even a moderate sized fight. I believe the game is not optimized yet because if I can handle big fights in a 3d game with WAY more calculations then its definitely not me. To be frank even without mods this game runs like ass. I am trying to play the game but the game plays itself into a corner where all the low framerate people hang out. I remember the last time I turned off the Combat UI and the games performance went up to almost normal levels which makes me wonder why the UI is taking up so much space to calculate things in the foreground of the engine instead of the background where it would demand so much speed. I have 16 gigs of ram and a good cpu processor and it still doesnt play well. My brother 5 grand computer ALSO doesnt play it well which is baffling since it can run ANYTHING on max graphics with no issues. Something in this game is Devouring and pillaging cpu and ram for the sake of being a raider. It pisses ,e off because this game has a lot of promise and I actually like this game but with these fps its not going to happen. MID YOU i have seen this game grow and so is my pile of obsolete computers and even though computers continue to accelerate to higher speeds and yet theres no performance. Im on my 3rd PC waiting for this game to work

Yeah why is it when I enable this mod the Bounties have them too. Kinda seems off balance and there is always more of them then you and ruins the lore since are these ships supposed to be hard to come by and arent blackrock secretive? Also there still needs to be a very large carrier for this faction like the astral in a way

This game became a disappointment as time went on. The start off of the game is impossible with very little chance of reasonable match ups....most the ships just kite you and no real fight happens and if there's more then 1 then you are just straight up ***....way to Ultima 9 this game. Point is this game had potential but the beginning is so damn bad its a wonder people still play this game. I am sorry I paid money for this

oh no its the same issue with me..it might be the UI or something because in the medium to big fights if I let the computer fight and leave my flagship put of it the performance is spot on but THE MOMENT I GO INTO THE BATTLE MYSELF....even in one of the ai ships it slows to 30 FPS....its even the same issue when I tried it on my brothers computer and he upgrades his like a ***...its so good its even water cooled and still it slows down just as much as mine so something is leaking memory or demanding too much speed to run it so its not mine or maybe not even his....hell I can Play Eve Online and get into a big fight on top graphics and still be good. I can run most modern games with no problems but this one seems to have something wrong with the player interface or something

Ok who made the ships have broken fits on them and some of these ships that were made I swear they last the damn mind when they thought they were a good idea...the start is damn near impossible..you have to have the right spawns and the right ships available on the black market or the broken fits will *** on you..like the Venom X Class....so common and when you see it it goes so fast its impossible to hit...*** the pilots wouldnt be able to control that. I shouldnt have to come here saying that something is crossing the line....testing and common sense is not hard...btw did I mention they are all part of the Kite Club....all of their damn ships are fast Kiting anti flux ships....whats the point in even flying anything else if everyone is part of the kite club?

I dont understand what needs to use so much date...I even gave it up to 4 GB of ram and it still lags...even with no mods. Everything else on my computer runs solid....even Eve Online when I get into big fights its still smooth but for some reason this game is like an obese fat kid that goes "FEED ME Seymour.....FEEEED MEEE" and Im just like "I GAVE YOU ENOUGH DAMMIT". I can also run Distant Worlds Universe which is also a hog a bit but...something about this game that it doesnt want to run smoothly or something. Even Worse I reformtted recently and now things run even better....except this game

Even though I gave this game 2-4 GB to work with all it does is makes it load faster but still the same results...odd
