We just gotta kill more pirates.. thats what alex wants.. he wants us to sacrifice 10000000000000000000 pirate corpses to the digital world gods so that the update is appeased and then we can play with it.

Relax. Nobody gets this far into a labor of love and tanks the thing without warning.

i cant even begin to count how many indy games on steam literally never made it to a version 1.0

money grabbing devs. i dont think thats the case here but it is a thing.

0.7 has been in development for quite some time. While this is fine, the lack of updates on the patch notes thread is quite worrying. The last update on the main thread was on the 23rd of July and as of today (August 19th), approximately two months have passed without any updates on the development of  0.7 . Can we please get an update on this update?

i got tired of going to my favorites to browse to the updates forum page..  i made it a home screen tab...   every day i wake up thinking its my first x-mas..  every day disappointment.. alex is the father i never had because like my real dad he was never there when i needed him.

(someone has some daddy issues hehe)

but seriously.. its hard to sell this game to my eve friends when i cant answer the question "does the game still get dev support or are we buying into a dead game" i hope it goes STEAM soon because the game has potential

i love mafia from sc2 and didnt think it was you till i saw the URL for the ships image linking back to sc2mafia.com thats amazing and super crazy work here.. Alex should consider hiring you at this point with some of your creativity!

I bought the game years ago. You'd think it'd be done by now.

i bought it back when it was still called star farrer.

patience i got.. other games come out.. you work at the pace you need alex.. but dont forget that your best marketing tool is us the current players of the game. when a friend asks me if the games live supported.. what do i tell them..?  i see the size of the patch notes and i am impressed.. but you are deploying layers of patches. april, june, september.. are these updates that litterally cant exist without the final piece put in or are there minor things to PATCH the game with as we go.

i look forward to the release of .65 and would gladly greenlite vote this game on steam to help you out but eventually a dog will want its bone.

i said better hit effects with depth because id like to see like a huge slug round or a missile impact into my ship.. preferably their ship.. and see like 3 guys and some debri or what ever go flying out from maybe a hole i made in their ship.. and even then add in post game results if it happened to me maybe say i lost 3 crew members and these few items from my cargo
