Really cool ship, what is the ETA for integrating all of the designs into Uomoz's Corvus?

I loved the game a lot on the box the story campaign was/is a bit o a tutorial though. The real game was the multi player. Will this have multi player? And if it does would it have the same kinda 3way war like chrome hounds? Or atleasttge same kinda country war map style?

"Campaign Mode

This is the final game mode, playing out over the course of the entire world map. You will need to capture territory's, upgrade them, defend against attackers, and conquer your rivals. This is a very team based game mode, with strategy at every level.

This game mode will be fully playable in single player and multiplayer, and it will be a persistent world. You will need to earn resources to purchase new parts, upgrade your captured areas, and hire AI recruits.

This game mode is designed to be scalable to hundreds of players per server."

There is hope for real gameplay / space battles if you do more reading on it. I believe they will make good on the promise of crewed by players spacecraft with space and land based battles.

This could be the most epic sand box game ever made, it is very early in development pre alpha.

The Stoddarian Sector Awaits...

Wayfarer: The Outer Reaches is a first person, free roaming, space sandbox game from Bright Sprite Games. Play as a Wayfarer within the Stoddarian Sector and experience a unique survival adventure.

Features

Open World Sandbox

Board your ship and explore a vast sector of the Outer Reaches. Wander the systems in search of your destiny...Whether it be making your fortune as a space pilot or venturing across planets, all offer unique environments and diverse challenges. When and where you go is entirely up to you, who will you become?

Play Solo or Co-op

Captain your ship solo or enhance the experience by inviting your friends to become part of your crew. Work together to increase your chances of survival.

Take Command of your Ship

Sit in the cockpit seat and take full control of your ship or stroll around its many rooms and corridors. Get your friends to man the turrets or help with repairs during intense dog fights. Heal your team mates in the Medical Bay, cook a meal in the Living Quarters or work on repairs in the Engine Room. Lower the landing gear, open the Hangar Bay door and step straight out onto a planet's surface.

Play Your Own Way

You have the freedom to spend your time anyway you wish. Take on jobs, fight bandits, harvest minerals, claim bounties, explore the sector or craft new equipment.

How Long Can You Survive?

You will need to acquire, forage or hunt for food and water if you hope to stay alive. Obtaining the basics should always be a Wayfarer's first priority when venturing between distant worlds. Death should be avoided at all costs. The cloning process is an unpleasant experience and retrieving your items may be easier said than done.

Loot and Scavenge

Scour the sector in search of powerful, advanced technologies and component upgrades for your ship and equipment. Hunt for blueprints to craft new cutting-edge items and ships, or discover the unique properties hidden within rare crystals scattered across the sector.

Build Your Character

Watch your character develop around your playstyle, adapting to your actions in game through perks which offer advanced skills and abilities. You are not confined by classes or skill trees, you are rewarded for what you enjoy doing most.

Well if you did not play, it was the greatest Xbox 360 game ever made. With nearly unlimited creativity and massive skill ceiling to be any where near effective in it.

This guy if he can polish this spiritual successor up and make a smoother experience will be legend in my book.

This is very early alpha footage by the way, but a keen gamer should be able to recognize the potential.

Looks a lot like Starforge, except more RPG-y.

That was my thoughts also.

After playing the alpha for a while honestly it was a bit disappointing. I will keep tabs on it development though, it has a lot of room to improve.

This game has an enormous amount of potential, and there is a free alpha available now.

In fact I'm about to boot it up, see you on the other side!
