Slight correction. Perhaps it has nothing to do with the ship at all. Instead something is specifically wrong with the assistant support drone I installed on it. Which i just realized is the one classified as the supply drone.

Hi. I think there's something with the decomposer class ship from this mod that causes a crash mid-combat. More specifically one of its drones. take a look.

I can understand how this mod might take very long to properly update to .98. Because lore wise, the existence of the (THREAT) and (LITERAL DEMONS) puts a significant dent on Phase Labs lore. Afterall, they are supposed to be at the fore front at the knowledge of phase space, and they also drudged through the abyss for quite a long time. It will be quite embarrassing and confusing how they don't know jack of these things while the tri-tachyon somehow gotten a hold of what is presumably, a corpse of the shrouded.

I tested it with only the mod and its dependencies enabled and the scene worked just fine. So it seems that this is because of mod incompatibility?

also. I already download the 0.97 legacy 1.2.2 version of box util if that means anything

Admittedly im still on 0.97 . As someone with a heavily modded game. I will probably wait a long while before updating

Had a crash when I tried to press the dialouge button that's supposed to take me to a simulated battle with Tokiko.

Keep in mind that its not strictly arma mechs. Basically, any other modded ship that borrows arma armatura's capability to land on carriers can crash my game if they actually tried to land while having any kind of ardwolf and zenith's range changing hullmods.

Ah yes. This one. I swore i already did this. But it seems i haven't, realtek is still one of my main audio device instead of the high definition one. Maybe its because of the windows reset i once did that it reverted.

General Discussion / Is 0.97 saves compatible with 0.98?

I'm asking this because. since the word is that 0.98 only adds stuff and didn't include any base game changes. Than it should be alright to transplant old 0.97 saves to the new update. So is it actually possible?

Yes. I downloaded both of them and followed your instructions precisely. I even redownload them after this recent crash just to make sure if this works or not

I dwnloaded the openAL.dll file. Renamed it. And put it in the windows folder. And it doesn't seem to help as the crash happened again
