Another thing that I noted, when paused, the fps goes up to 60, and lags gone. when i unpause it tanks back down to 0.

I can start games up fine, play them fine at a solid 60FPS, but the moment I try reloading a save it bogs down to 0fps on load. I have tried reinstalling, multiple settings in vmparams, setting my virtual memory higher.
current vmparams values set to 3g, if i set to 4g I get errors popping up, which is odd because with 8 gigs of ram I should be able to set it to 4g?? I can run the game fine with zero mods. I don't know what else to do aside from uninstalling more and more mods. Are some of these mods just not playing well together??
I am using a very new laptop:

No new mod/mod update to increase the sector size since the update. Did they add it to the base game or am I the only one that needs a larger map?

I wish you could get them all to join you as officers. In one interaction, one of the npc's shows a bunch of skills and suggests joining, then doesn't. It would be a neat reward for getting them all to 100 rep.

Idk, I was never able to. I reached 100 with everyone but the dude and the one who offers missions to take over planets. I hope I didn't miss out on anything.

The Gown capital ship is absolutely amazing; I think it was the first modular ship I had ever seen. It has since become my favourite ship of all time. Strinn didn't even mention the it in his review, and yet it is hands down the best part of the mod lol.

Unfortunately, yes, I think. This is sad because this mod is probably one of the most creative ones I've seen so far.

So, if someone wanted to use a Hel Scaith, how would they get rid of the daemon core hull mod on them? I thought capturing one and reverse engineering it (another mod) would work, but that's not possible. Is there a way to get these "Legio command codes" to get rid of the debuff on that hull mod?
