Yeah Nex agents can do that, normally I`m so busy I totally forget to use them. But thanks anyway.

One other thing. Is it just me or has the faction name generator drastically changed? I`m used to the goofy pilot name generator (Apollo Saturn etc.) but I was always quite impressed how well sounded the faction names were the game used to spit out. Now with the latest iteration of the game, instead of 3, 4 or sometimes 5 good names in 10 rerolls, it`s more like 1 in 10 if I`m lucky.

Am I crazy?

Modding / Game finishes early, what can do?

Hi there
Quick question. I play with Nexerlin and my problem is this: quite often the game "finishes" and announces that one party, mostly Hegemony or Persean League, have won. Normally this happens in the first 5 cycles even before I start my first colony. Is there anything I can do to delay or avoid the game from doing that?

Any thoughts and tips appreciated.

The modscreen in the launcher says version 1.4.11-rc2

It seems to be the latest version for Starsector v0.8.1a, so it`s not compatible I assume?

I deactivated the last three ones as troubleshooting, but no change, still crashed.

These are the new mods I added and made the game unstable, somehow.

General Discussion / Neverending Pirate Activity plus raids

Hi I`m new to the game and have a little problem here:
My small star kingdom is doing fairly well, except my first to colonized systems are under a constant pirate siege that never ends. I destroyed the bases, but there are still ships coming in from the same systems plus raids. It is a neverending stream of ships. My systems look like a Warzone, seriously.
And since I do not find anyone in the bars to tell me the location of the pirate stations, they remain invisible within those two star systems.
Meh.
Any help appreciated.
