While those numbers are true once you start fixing them it can take a long while for them to reach those numbers again, I found it not quite as reliable a cash sourse as others have found it to be.

Cool but too hard for my fleet sadly all I can do is run away. (for example it took me 3 tries with the corona shunt and 80% of my fleet died, so multiple of those is not possible  :-[, nor have I managed to clear a red system yet.) but I still really like the idea.

Are you using mods? Graphics Lib can decimate some systems you might try de-activating it features.

Depends on the skills you come in with, I've never gotten anywhere with modding, while small mods with a kit bashed ship can take days to months for some people.

I am Vary confused I did see it, but I just made another outpost in the same game so same parameters and stuffed a tons of ships and items into storage and waited a month and got the correct result. I did not colonies when I saw the outpost paying me for storage so perhaps something changes behind the scenes when you make a colony? I'll do some testing Friday to try to reproduce the bug when i have time.

I'm pretty sure this is the mod I should be replying too.

If you build one of the storage stations (Outpost) (2,500/mo upkeep stocks with supplies and fuel) it pays the player faction a storage fee for stuff you store there, the player pays nothing but if the storage fee would have payed more then 2,500 the station actually makes you money.

Maybe there should be a random quest for blueprints? For x days, a seller on a world sets up an auction to sell blueprints. Show up with money, or perhaps excessive force to get them.

Oh I like this and a 25/50/75/100% chance to get ambushed by a small/medium/large/multiple fleets depending on whether you bought a frigate/destroyer/cruiser/capital ship.

Or even destroying the planetary defenses and just setting down I mean I just bombed the military bases and ground defenses to atomic dust who is stopping me or even tracking me?

Please, change the color of starhawk republic. Very dark blue is barely visible on black! :)

Good point - brightened it slightly. New value is 45, 110, 190

Now that this mod works for me I like it, but the bounty system is still a little borked, a few times a bounty would be in a system with another hostile force (say a pirate in a system with a pather base.) the bounty will be reduced due to friendly forces but but neither of those forces are friendly!

That's weird, it counts entities that are hostile to the bounty faction and nonhostile to you as allies. Were you inhospitable with pathers, or actively hostile? Hmm.

Still trying to repeat it. no luck so far.
