Ah yes. Drone Interceptors. My bad. I've been playing the Coral Nebula and Predator or Prey missions, so that might be colouring my opinion a bit. Like you said, Talons don't stand a chance. Maybe I'll try some heavy fighters in Predator or Prey to take them on...

General Discussion / Droid Fighter wings rule all?

This might just be me, but it seems that the droid fighter wings are hands down the best fighters in the game. The combination of speed, numbers (5 in a squad), and an extremely accurate laser weapon (compared to missiles, machine guns etc) mean that other fighters/bombers are a nonissue. Anyone else noticed this?
