Why the heck are people trading virtual stuff for real money if the stuff they're trading isn't special to begin with?And they don't even know if the game will be good or not?, I want to look forward to this game, but but this type business model always makes me really skeptical.
I jumped on the Saints Row wagon when number 2 came out, and enjoyed it enough to get Saints Row 3 and 4.I own SR 2 and 3, I got 4 last week and I think it's the best once yet, so much fun.
The Saints Row franchise is like what the old GTA(2D version) used to be - FUN. It's not trying to imitate real life or real crime, it's trying to imitate balls to the walls WTF?! Laughing out loud ear to ear grinning responses.
I have to say though that the formula can be a bit too repetitive and grindy if you absolutely positively want to get 100% completion every mission, but it is still fun.
Saints row doesn't care that it is over the top, in your face, rude, vulgar and a bit of a guilty pleasure. But it is sure a lot more fun than GTA4 where you had your friends calling you every 5 minutes because they were lonely and depressed. No, in Saints Row you call your friends to fight by your side, and it's fun to hear their little conversations, reunions and dialogues.
Saints row 2 and 3 are probably my favourites, the saints row 4 has a solid campaign but the actual missions and map are pretty much the same from saints row 3, so it could have been DLC, on the other hand it's a decent length campaign and it concludes the series.
.Meteor hit is overdue, super volcano eruption is overdue, super tsunami is overdue and over top of that "our" space program is taking backwards ever since we make first step on Moon. Beside that i heard/read (somewhere, don't know where) that our brain aka IQ is going full speed backwards, so average dude from like 2k years before would be much smarter than average dude nowAsteroid impact cannot be "overdue" it's just random, because objects in space don't lose their velocity unless another force acts upon them, two rocks could have collided and a killer asteroid broke off and is headed our way now. Or it might be blocked or pulled by something else millions of light years on it's path to Earth, We just have no way of knowing until it gets closer.
So, all in all, we got few natural Armageddons just waiting to happen and we don't get smarter. Don't think we are going anywhereAnd if we manage to dodge all that i don't think we can survive our natural dumbness
we are expert in exterminating each other.
. And there are lots of community made maps and skins for characters on the official forums. Good fun with friends if you don't mind how difficult it can be sometimes.
