It is Hostile Intercept. I also found it annoying so I simply just went inside the config and turn off autopause. The indicator for hostile fleet is still useful.

Hi, something I don't really understand, what planet type has "moderate/large amount of water present" apart from water world?

Hi, did you purposely make all the ships in this mod has very low burn level? I'm unsure the reasoning behind it.

The Confederacy Valkyrie only cost 3 to deploy and supplies per month and it is a cruiser. I think you missed a digit on that ship.

You'd have to go up close if they have transponder off.

As you have Nex enabled, you can uhhh... also attempt to mess with a faction to an extreme degree and they will often send a very very large bounty hunter fleet after you, which matches the fleet description of what you are hoping to encounter.
