Honestly, the reason many people loved System Reloaded is for the huge resource sink required to craft existing ships into elite versions at the endgame. This feels like another hull mod, except it basically side steps the restrictions of the vanilla hull mod system and implements a similar derivative of the same system where individual mods have been split into decks of cards to create an artificial overclocking effect(?). This is redundant and does not make sense.

Gating upgrades behind unique raw resources otherwise is a very good change. For an example, I want to slather

Don't forget to add the Unsung to Neutrino fleets, i don't like the Black Hole event thingy to get it.
side note, Tomato paste, if you could make a balanced version of the joker ship spawn in the sector that would be awesome

This almost aligns perfectly with how I would envision a dark age Persean sector should look like. The most needed change IMO is making capital ship spawns scarce rather than just pump them out enmass with a bunch of easily repairable D-mods; This would really put the emphasis on capital in capital ships. And no it's not the market that needs fixing, it's the fleet spawns that could use composition touch ups.

I suspect this is the recent bug with Industrial Evolution. The latest version (2.2b) fixes it, but isn't save-compatible with previous versions.
It's not a I.E bug because it still happens with the new fixes. In fact, this happens:

Not sure what happened here but looks like my game crashed when Nex tried to calculate and update intel for conquest missions in the background.

This is how the Campaign's map scape should've look in the beginning IMO, with the core worlds actually the only systems explored and inhabited prior to the collapse.

You need to cut down on the weapon slots for the Bear. I keep crashing every time I try to apply weapon groups to it.

How the heck do I trigger the Lobster quest? Umbra in my playthrough is under the ownership of Blackrock and none of the bar contacts are triggering.
