Mods / Re: [0.9.1a] Industrial.Evolution 1.8.c - Colony content expansion

Hmmm ive been thinking and i think a tourism style structure wich is dependant on the hazard rating, accesibility and/or ruins could work quite well, you could also make it have 3 leves with increasing amounts of industry slots required as specialisation increases, high relations could boost its efficiency, while a lot of production and military power would do the oposite while it would simultaneosly decrease this. Would be quite cool and highly fitting with the theme.

Ive noticed that when playing modded StarSector ive hit a industry/structure limit of 12, now while this makes sense in vanilla  since you dont get more buildings than 12, whit mods this can be very annoying and take away from the experience.
So all i ask is if its possible to add a simple scrolling bar that appears once a colony has reached 13 buildings and then keeps expanding, unless of course the code is written in such a way that it would require significant rewriting.

No. You can change the number of industries in settings, but the total number of structures and industries is hardcapped at 12.

I recommend making a suggestion thread asking Alex to add a scrollbar. It is part of the core UI and cannot be modded in.

Thanks ill do that.

Basically after downloading one to many mods, and with the addition of industrial.evolution (a mod that adds a bunch more industries and structures) the 12 limit seems very limiting, so i was wondering if there was any way to add something like a scrolling bar, setting change or simple ui to look at more industries/structures at a time.
