hay i might have found a bug using 0.6.1a it only happens on the fleet screen. is this something i can fix on my end

I have been looking around the forum For potential inside into the configuration of ship subsystems, i.e Increasing Ordnance points And Built in hullmods But to no avail, Any help would be much appreciated As I'm new to the modding scene,
