Pressing I to see ship info only works on enemies, you can't use it to see what your own ships have equipped.

It'd be nice if it didn't pause too!

It'd be neat if you weren't affected by the slowdown if you autopilot a phase ship. You put autopilot on so that you can focus on the rest of the fight right? It's kinda annoying that the fight will take 2x longer because your flag is phase.

If you capture mothballed ships while having the field repairs skill, they get 30% CR that disappears when you try to unmothball them

Funny bug, if you enable both the old 'invert behaviour of the strafe to cursor' option and the new toggle option for strafe lock at the same time, your ship gets stuck in strafe to cursor mode. Pressing the toggle hotkey doesn't do anything except make that little 'STRAFE LOCK' indicator appear on the HUD.

You don't have to enter the inner jump point and get jumped every time, just go via the outer and fire a sensor burst when you get close.

10 independent rep each time adds up fast. You only need ~40 to be allowed to buy near perfect warships from Baetis (Luddic Church space)

Bug Reports & Support / (audio) USB DAC and game losing sound

I've had a recurring problem with unplugging my headphone/mic and the game losing all audio until I relaunch but only when I'm using a USB headset/mic converter. This doesn't happen with any other program, and there is no problem if I use the headphone port instead (I have to use the USB converter for my fancier headphones, because the headphone port doesn't output enough juice).

Not a big deal, but I thought you might want to know!

Stations should not count when you disengage from fleets unless you are also barred from docking at them. Getting 400 supplies leeched from you because there's one pirate in a cerberus buzzing around a port that just won't leave is incredibly frustrating.

If they chose to fight the pursuit the station wouldn't be able to help them, why the heck do they get to disrupt from so far away and cause so much CR damage?

Suggestions / Disappointing Breach Missiles

Breach missiles make a very disappointing *pop* when they successfully hit armor and do their thing. They do do a lot of armor damage (just look at those armor squares evaporate) but I think it'd be sweet if the sound/visual effect had a bit more oomph to it.

Half the fun of launching missiles is seeing the big explosions, after all.

1) Install a fusion lamp
2) Set it to green (to make it easier to notice)
3) Swap to system info screen
4) Click planet with fusion lamp
5) Click or hover cursor over other planets
The planets will be lit by the same light of the lamp, but the light will vanish if you back out of the menu then back into it.

These two modspecs are completely and utterly useless without the associated skill, but the skill also teaches both of them anyway so there is no reason for them to be dropping frrom salvage (aside from the nice 10k a pop paycheck).

If you don't learn them, they will drop over and over again for 10k each time they drop. I think I've gotten at least 20 of each in my current game.
