General Discussion / In your opinion, what type of faction is Starsector currently lacking?

I find that many factions (vanilla and modded) are all pitted against the Hegemony, kinda makes you wonder how they have lasted so long with low tech (altho powerful Onslaughts) and many enemies, maybe there should be a logistics/trade faction that acts as support for the Hegemony war effort. So, what type of faction do you think the game is in need of?

Modding / Disabling the monthly stipend from the Galatian Academy

For roleplay purposes, having that monthly income can become inmersion breaking, that's why i'm looking for a way to disable it in the game files but so far to no avail, can anyone point me in the right direction where to look?
