On the (D) ships salvaged from tutorial when i strip them the D mods disappear and the autofit puts them back. When they not have the d-mods they behave just like they never had the d mods and no i did not restore.

Ho and in the skill Command & Control level 2:
50 faster command points(fleet)
should not be:
50% faster command points(fleet)

And this one i don't know if it's from 0.8
Combat(Basic) Tutorial if the enforcer is destroyed before it attacks you the tutorial will be blocked

Suggestions / Ships going of Battle Zone

I locked to the patch notes and i did not see any reference to it.

A during a pursuit the enemy thunder fighter wing got it self outside of the battle zone.

Suggestions / Phase Teleporter

In my opinion Phase Teleporters should have charges like Phase Skimmer because they can teleport to long distances.
I am saying this because i was pursuing an Hyperion that had retreated from a big battle with 40%CR with my Shade and it moved through the battle field as fast as my Shade in the phase cloak like teleporting every 4-5 seconds passing that to battle time 1.3-1.6 seconds
