Small Roider Station , 10 lightyears west from Core Worlds, Karon System.

*Jean Bount was sipping third synthethic coffee on his duty , operating sensor nodes.
Pirates had not yet discovered this station so it was boring job. Most exciting thing he spotted through last standard cycle was few traders which were allowed to know station location and stray adventurer with gamma core on collar, if you believe a hangar crew. Strange dude it was, shouting bout milk of human kindness or something. Small blip on long rage lidar-suite suddendly took his attention. Another convoy with supplies which will take ore and refined metals to core-worlds? No, a little too early, they were bound to be here by next day. Also too big, much too big really. Did not look like ghost ping, it had some erratic movement. He finally did it, wanted some action? - Well - , he thought,-if we will survive i will wish for some peace and quiet. He switched alarm setting , which promped into action small defence fleet of typical Roider variety. It was then when one of ship on vanguard of enemy force was indentified as one of automatic ship, which were one of more disastrous scourges of far away parts of Persean Sector. While well known by people with at least three cells and any knowledge of outside core territories, it  was very uncommon to see this dangerous remnants of hidden experiments and stray tendrils of AI fleets from wars long done on the move.
-Oh... we're ***. He said with resignation, ending his third and last in life coffee.
After twelve hours convoy which was destined to arrive found remnant of broken station and it small defence fleet.
Two or three hours took them to find any clue , but after that  alarms had been raised in nearby systems. Large AI fleet or even multiple ones were moving with intention throughout systems , looking for something? Worrying. Destination? Unkown. Reason? Unkown. Several fleets composed of military, freebooters and volunteers were being prepared by opportunistic powers of Persean Sector. Hyperlinked message on 13:40 had finally gave them target's destination. Message delivered from order of monks.

"Ai Fleet, target will attack [Redacted] in system [DATA CORRUPTED], time to arrive, 4 days, threat level Aurum, request assistance on [Redacted], reward for defence included.

Suggestions / Mission idea.

To whoever want to make something of it.

I give here sketch of mission :

You meet in bar a sad miner, which had lost three major mining ships to pirates. He ask you to retrieve them (depend of who take it, i assume it will be a cruiser to capital ship grade mining ships). Catch is there are two rewards. If you retrieve ships or buy entirely new, you will be give a family heirloom unique battleship - I had idea that it will be a ship with a unique targeting core with +50% to range and a bonus to rate to turn in the same time, mayby a mining ship turn into battleship (AxleMC131 know what i speak off). If you dont want to buy new ships , you can hunt pirates which stole this three ships. You will be able to find them as they drop hidden boyance after they jump to hyperspace. There come a second reward. If you retrieve all three mining ships, you will be able to find in one of them a hidden cache with Ai Cores. I suggest one Alpha and some beta and gamma. If you will give guy only his ships back and not cores, he will find about cores and will be upset. No unique ship for you, but you got cores for your trouble.

I only want to be rewarded with mention from whoever will use this mission sketch.

Well, what in name. Can we have a ship not build with random weapons stick on them , or if we can do it , make it a option?

General Discussion / Decivilised Station give nothing.

So, i have a question.

Is it impossible in term of mechanics that decivilised station cannot have "scavenge" option or some looddrop made of ships and stuff inside? It's dont made sense that giant stations like for example Arigato dont give anything after it owner go to hell.

Modding / Mod ideas.

1: i would like to see some alien remnants. Like stations, worlds, mayby one or two supersturctures like Dyson sphere or Ringworld. I woul find it intresting also if this would be aliens mentioned in lore of Onslaught. Like we could be a boogiemans in their folklore.

2: bigger world. I hope someone can do a twice as big world as now it is. It would make a exploaration of fringes more challenging as you would need much more fuel and supplies, combined with hefty credits to pay your crew.

Sup. I wonder if in future we will have a alien tech species (as in vanilla we have a proto alien fauna and flora , but not technology advanced sentient species). I hope in future there will be few systems with aliens inside , and one of them could be superstructure system (Ringworld or Dyson Sphere).
