Suggestions / Change to victory mechanics

Just hat a great run on 'The Last Hurrah' but only got 44%.

Can the calculation be changed to count ships in reserve as destroyed if you win a mission (just like yours are counted if you lose)?

SInce updating to .35a-pre2 the random generator alwayd assigns a Conquest-class as commandship. is this a bug or a feature?

Last time i updated all my progress (whatever you call it atm) was lost. Is there a save way to update and keep it?

Edit: Nvm, i installed the new update and all is fine
