Suggestions / missing Codex arrow-keys navigation [GUI][Menu][Default][Controls][Navigation]

Hi and Thanks for attention! 
The ingame Codex lacks an Up/Down-Arrow keyboard navigation.
There are so many information entries that We love to see/read/check. Especially after the major updates. But need of constant clicking on each list element makes me feel miserable 
Question: Should I open this as a bug!? Or better to leave here as a Feature!?
