Bug Reports & Support (modded) / .95a save won't load

Hi, I just went to load my current save after playing earlier today and im getting this https://imgur.com/a/BJMgOjE

The only mods I have are LazyLib, Console commands and Adjustable Skill Threshold

This isn't a save from .91, this is a newish save

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm already a good bit into this save
