So i noticed strange little thing while constructing secondary orbital works on colony. While primary planet still got orbital works with pristine nanoforge installed and secondary planet got heavy industry with another pristine nanoforge installed ship quality dropped to 100% from 120%. Once secondary orbital works become operational quality returned back to 120%.

Is this normal? I was under impression game spawn cryosleepers at some minimal distance from each other so this situation wont happen.

I didnt really payed attention before but then your ship closes to starbase module up close shock repeaters stop hitting closest module weapons or shield and hit some center point of starbase instead.

Suggestions / UI/key toggle for fleet slow moving

Current system for slow down is holding S key but it also stops the fleet unless it is under move order. In hyperspace while moving around the storm areas player need to hold S and hold mouse button for moving around. Going dark is not useful for temporary slowing down as it disables sustained burn. At the very least fleet need to move after move order is given even while holding S for slow move/stop.

     I got strange sound bug - restarting the game fixed this.
Then i press right mouse button on a planet in system view to set course i got no sound of it but on 2-3 press i hear usual static sound.

     So i just cleared small pirate fleet with multiple officers one was with shield modulation on wayfarer second with impact mitigation skill on hound, all lvl 1 but after battle report shows only one officer on a wayfarer for some reason. It was 1 stage battle without any pursuits etc.

So TT fleet which demands to surrender the ziggurat is not hostile according to dialog option then you defend yourself. But on the system map fleet is hostile and chasing. So only options is to lose 25 reputation from non-combat resolution or around -101 from combat.

So TT bounty hunter strike force which guards secret site have lots of ships with 2-3 s-mods making them desirable targets for salvage. Sadly all s-mods on ships is gone in salvage screen.

Suggestions / rebalance tutorial first enemy ship loadout

So i began a new playthrough starting with tutorial and chose wayfarer as a starting ship. First ever pirate cerberus totally wrecks wayfarer unless you use side mounted ion cannon to disable his thumper. I cant imagine new player will do fine here using one ship as without specific tactic pirate will win most of the time. As first tutorial ship basically used as a moving target swapping thumper for flak is a good idea.

     Two factions at war destroy each other trade fleets in player controlled planetary system so i get one trade disruption unless i declare war on attacking fleet faction. Trade fleets wont avoid each other despite war and usually fleet which is already unloaded goods attacks the trade fleet which is still moving goods to target planet.
     Trade fleets must not attack each other as they are not military fleets and some rules of war must exist even in starsector.

So after finishing Askonia story mission Usurpers i accidently scavenged story debris field near fringe point again and was able to speak with quest giver at Sindria with whole dialog options present like i never completed it before. No XP and no new ship hull but each turn in gives +1 SP and can be repeated.

     So my mouse sometimes glitch double click and i noticed after pressing [Recover(G)] button in recovery dialog i got message about same ship recovery twice. Main message window: Consider ship recovery -> The "ship name" is now part of your fleet -> The "ship name" is now part of your fleet. Now i cant reproduce this manually as my clicking speed is not up to the task and triple click button is not fast enough to trigger this either but limiting amount of registered clicks just in case would be a good idea i think.

Suggestions / Administrators salary adjustment?

Unless you need specific production at +1 for delivery mission administrators with industry planning almost always is a net loss then used at a colony. 20k salary is too high especially then compared with how many officers you can sustain for same amount of credits. Maybe for some extremely good planets with 50% hazard rating they can be profitable but for most cases they are useless.

Suggestions / star fortress destroys own satellites with mines

So high tech star fortress use mines in very close proximity to own gargoyle satellites and destroys them. Worst part - satellites not use shields then friendly mines is near and single mine one-shot full health satellite. Mines is used vs strike craft then enemy ships in range which is very ineffective.
