In essence it's the previous Player Faction Flag Pack but in a broken down build-your-own-pack style.
There's over unique 2,000 flags/crests to pick from as they are all real flags from every nook and cranny of Japan.
Basic instructions (Or follow the README):
- Download the zip file and install it
- Download the flags/crests of your choice into mod graphics
- Edit player.faction in mod data

- Not all flags are added as there's a couple hundred that need retouching/redrawing.
- If you notice some flags/crests are dodgy, lemme know and I'll fix em (eventually).
- Some flags with texts and location names have been edited to make them more generic.
- Feel free to remove the flags/crests already included cause they're just placeholders.
